HOT CHOCOLATE

This photograph was taken in CAFE GANDOLFI in Glasgow

In the DAY UNIT we occasionally went on trips into town. There was never more than six of us and it was usually to purchase a small toy for a child who had joined my group. On these trips we would walk through GLASGOW GREEN and call in to the CAFE GANDOLFI  for a cup of hot chocolate. There was a large table just inside the door which was big enough for us all to sit around.

The owner at the time, Iain McKenzie, always made sure the children got lots of extra flakes of chocolate on the drinks.

THE NAME OF THE HOT CHOCOLATE MAKER IS NOT KNOWN
